Auto Backlinks Daily can automatically send reports to your clients from "you" with no mention of our service!

Email notification settings can be used to:

• Email link reports to yourself every day as they are built
• Email link reports to clients every day as they are built with your own message and from your own mail address

These options are controlled in two places:

• Within the project itself (see advanced project settings for emailing reports)
• From your account / profile page (described below)

Settings in the account page control default options that are used in all projects created from that point on allowing you to:

• Set a different default “to address” from the one used for your main account
• Set up a different “from” address (for client work)
• Set up your own custom email title (for example “Link Reports from Your Company”)
• Set up your own custom message for the email (for example “Pleaese find attached your daily link reports from Your SEO Company”)

These settings allow you to have reports auto mailed to your clients with no mention of Auto Backlinks Daily in either the message or the address fields.

To alter these settings:

1) Go to your account page:

 

 

 

 

 

 

2) Click on the Report Email Tab

 

 

After which you will see the report options:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can now edit your report email options as required:

• Preferred Report To > The default “to” address set in projects from now on (can be overridden in individual projects)
• Preferred Report From > The default “from” address set in projects from now on (can be overridden in individual projects)
• Preferred Report Subject > Subject of email sent with report attachments (cannot be overridden)
• Preferred Report Message > Message of email sent with report attachments (cannot be overridden)

After updating you should see a green notification to indicate update was successful:

 

Effect of these Changes

• Emails sent from now on will use the new subject and message you defined.
• Any new projects will default to using the “to” and “from” mail addresses you entered
• Old / existing projects will remain unchanged

Changes Seen In New Project:
